Tinos – The Holy Island

Tinos is one of the bigger Cycladic islands with 200qkm.

The Holy Church of Panagia Evangelistria is visited every year by thousands of greek-orthodox Pilgrims.

This church and the 1000 year old monastery in the mountains are one the many fascinating attractions this green island has to offer:

we drive into the marble regions and visit the village of Pirgos, center of art,  with its workshops and exhibition rooms....

lemon tree gardens....
